Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The sheet has been hinged to the mat on the reverse along the upper edge with tape. Tape remnants are present on the reverse along each edge of the sheet. The media layer is stable, and the colors are vibrant. Light wear is present along the extreme lower edge of the sheet. Artist pinholes are present in each of the corners. Circular areas of media loss measuring approximately 1/2 inch in diameter are present in the extreme upper right and lower right corners, and a minor loss to the sheet is present in the extreme lower right corner. Areas of fine spiderweb craquelure are present in the following locations, but are stable: two one-inch circular areas in the lower left quadrant two inches from the corner; intermittent scattered one-inch spots throughout the three rocks, primarily concentrated in the darker areas of pigment.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
