in the form of an arch backed by drapery, topped by three baskets of flowers, the center chased with a Menorah on pricked scalework ground, engraved with the Tablets, applied with projecting Hands of Cohen between a crown supported by two lions, fitted with one portion plaque above a dedication plaque, with one suspended bell
