Condition
Overall very good condition. The pewter surfaces with minor fine surfaces scratches and tarnish consistent with age and gentle handling. Minor traces of polish residue to the recessed areas. The abalone is richly variegated with a saturated spectrum of chromatic hues. The abalone inlay on the foot with minor losses concentrated to the rear left corner. One key is provided. Functionality of the movement is not guaranteed and it could need service at the buyer's discretion. A rare and highly dimensional design with an ingeniously integrated planar surface that serves to heighten the linear form.
