Half-titles, folding engraved map, hand-colored in outline, 65 engraved plates, 10 colored, 2 folding tables; some scattered foxing, not affecting aquatints but occasionally affecting other plates. Contemporary dark green morocco gilt attributed to C. Lewis, spines and covers panelled in gilt, double flat raised bands, yellow endpapers, gilt inner dentelles, gilt edges; corners bumped, rubbing to extremities, interior of joints just splitting.
