2 volumes, folio (12 9/16 x 9 in.; 318 x 228mm). 622 (of 644) ff (lacking first leaf of vol 1 and final blank Ssof vol 2). Text in double columns, 43 and 44 lines per column, Roman characters, capital spaces with guide-letters, many initials in vol 2 rubricated in red and blue. Occasional contemporary marginalia, some leaves repaired with loss of one or two letters, last 20 leaves of vol. I stained, marginal dampstaining to vol. I, slight foxing, minor marginal tears. Vol. I: half 19th century brown calf with wooden boards, spine with raised bands in five compartments, second gilt-lettered, vellum endleaves; rubbing, primarily to spine. Vol. II: Full brown morocco, multiple rules and decorative borders in blind, later decorative brass bosses, cornerpieces, and clasps, velum endleaves; rebacked in 19th century brown calf, some worming, rubbed with loss to morocco.
