Overall very good condition. The patinated bronze surfaces display a rich green and russet brown patina, with some scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and gentle handling, and with some occasional extremely minor surface irregularities and casting flaws inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The decorated favrile glass candle cup is in very good condition, with scattered minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not visually detractive, and with some occasional extremely minor and fine surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The decorated favrile glass shade is in very good condition with scattered minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The shade with some expected concentrated minor surface scratches at the bottom collar where the shade is installed into the base, as well as a few extremely minute edge flecks to the bottom edge, both not visible when the shade is installed. The bobeche shade fitter is possibly a later replacement. A very attractive example displaying a harmonious and sculptural shade and base pairing with beautifully decorated glass.
