modelled by J. J. Kändler and Peter Reinicke, surrounded by tôle peinte branches applied with French porcelain flowers, flanked by gilt-bronze candle sconces and supported on scrollwork bases,

Condition

The cold painting of the branches and leaves with some flaking to green enamel. There are some branches lacking porcelain flowers, and some of the white flowers are likely to be of a later date. Some flowers with adhesive at terminals and branches. Typical chipping to flower petals. The figure of Scaramouche, with left index finger chipped and small chips to finger tips. Columbine with old restored chip to tip of raised shoe, chips to finger tips. Both figures have been bolted to bronze mounts. Both could benefit from a professional clean.
