Colgin, Cariad 2001 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot. Small harvest. A great 'Bordeaux' nose of real class. A real chocolatey taste. Silky texture. Really beautiful. The grapes came from the Madrona Ranch. In 2010, a wonderfully scented, elegant nose. Lovely creamy coffee and berries. Beautiful black character, with finesse of texture.
