The necklace composed of fluted rock crystal links accented by round diamonds, alternating with onyx cabochons, suspending a similarly designed pendant-brooch centered on a marquise-shaped onyx within a frame of round diamonds, length 24 inches, detachable into three 7½ inch segments allowing for variety of wear, each signed Boucheron Paris, pendant numbered 20018, two bracelets numbered 1768 and 1769 respectively, all with French assay and workshop marks.

Condition

In good condition with some discoloration and tarnish to the metal, predominantly to the reverse sides, not immediately noticeable when worn. All pieces with French assay marks for 18 karat gold and platinum, and with Boucheron workshop marks. The numbering on one bracelet is worn and has become obscured. The rock crystal in good condition, with minor surface abrasions only apparent when closely inspected. A few rock crystal links are loose on their mountings but does not affect wearability; may benefit from the attention of a jeweler. The onyx also in good condition with very minor surface scratches and nicks, the marquise-shaped onyx bearing a small fracture on the side, not noticeable when worn. The diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 12.30 carats, are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. Please note that while the detachable segments measure 7½ inches in length, their internal circumferences is approximately 7 inches due to their thickness when worn as bracelets. Links measure approximately 1 inch in width. The pendant-brooch measures approximately 2½ x 2¼ inches. All clasps are fitted with safety closures with the exception of one, which is missing; all clasps close securely. Total gross weight approximately 183 dwts.
