Each ear clip set with an oval cabochon of lapis lazuli, within a border of green basse taille enamel, signed Webb; together with a ring collet-set with a cabochon sapphire weighing approximately 21.00 carats, to a textured mount, size Q1/2, signed Webb.

Condition

Ear clips: each clip fitting signed Webb, stamped 18K for 18 carat gold. Lapis lazuli deep blue, opaque, with typical granular structure, colour mottling and pyrite and calcite inclusions visible under magnification, each measuring approximately 16.2 x 11.8 x 4.4mm. Enamel mid green, translucent, both earrings with areas of visible damage revealing textured metal under layer. Clip fittings in good working order, closing securely. Light scratches to lapis, metal and enamel surfaces consistent with wear. Each measuring approximately 21 x 16mm overall. Overall condition consistent with wear. Ring: Signed Webb, 18K for 18 carat gold. Sapphire mid blue, transparent to translucent, heavily included, visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, measuring approximately 20.2 x 13.1 x 7.4mm, calculated to weigh approximately 21.00 carats. Sapphire with very light scratches and areas of minor chipping to surface. Overall in good condition. Combined gross weight approximately 29.4 grams.
