Designed as a reliquary, the case applied with blue guilloché enamel, detailed with a crescent moon, scrolled borders, suspension loop and cross-shaped push-piece, all set with rose diamonds, opening to reveal the miniature figure of Saint Anthony of Padua, inside case applied with turquoise enamel and golden star motifs, base of figure signed J. Dampt, French assay and maker's mark, fitted case stamped Cartier.
