Composed of a hinged fitting adapted as a ring, designed as a panther's head pavé-set with single-, circular-cut and rose diamonds, its eyes set with cabochon rubies, its mouth applied with pink and white enamel, size M.
Condition
Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats. Rubies purplish-red, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification, some small chips and scratches to surfaces. Minor abrasions and losses to enamel. Hinged fitting not functional, soldered shut. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. Ring slightly off-centre to fitting. Composite. In good condition.
