Comprising: a brooch, set with a mixed-cut amethyst within a scrolled ribbon border set with brilliant-cut diamonds and a pear-shaped diamond, to an outer frame of pear-shaped citrines, signed Kern; and a pair of ear clips of similar design, each signed Kern.

Brooch: reverse signed KERN, stamped 750 and PT950 for platinum and 18 carat gold, hinge of pin fitting stamped Déposé. Amethyst deep purple, transparent, with typical very minor inclusions visible under close magnification, measuring approximately 27 x 26 x 15mm, calculated to weigh approximately 50.00 - 60.00 carats. Pear-shaped diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.90 - 1.10 carats, estimated to be G-H colour, VS clarity, as graded within the limitations of the mount. Remaining diamonds approximately H-I colour, VS clarity, estimated remaining diamond weight approximately 1.50 - 1.80 carats. Citrines yellow, transparent, some with minor inclusions visible under magnification. Overall dimensions approximately 49 x 46 x 15mm. Double pin fitting in good working order, closing securely. Ear clips: Each signed Kern, stamped 750. Kern signature to one ear clip partially obscured by attachment of ear clip pad. Each amethyst measuring approximately 15 x 15 x 9 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 10.00 - 15.00 carats each, deep purple, transparent, with typical very minor inclusions visible under close magnification. Amethysts in ear clips with slightly domed table facets. Citrines orangey-yellow, transparent, some with typical minor inclusions visible under close magnification. Diamonds estimated to be H-I colour, VS clarity on average, estimated combined total diamond weight approximately 1.20 - 1.40 carats. Each measuring approximately 28 x 25 x 16mm. Clip fittings in good working order, closing securely, pads possibly later. Citrines and amethysts mostly in good condition, with some areas of light surface scratches and some areas of very minor chipping to facet edges. Light scratches consistent with occasional wear, overall all pieces in good condition. Combined gross weight approximately 56.9 grams.
