The heart-shaped pendant collet-set to the centre with a circular-cut sapphire weighing approximately 7.00 carats, to a surround pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 410mm.

Accompanied by GCS report no. 79184-17, stating that the sapphire is natural, origin opinion Burma, with no indications of heating. Measuring approximately 9.6 x 9.7 x 8.6mm. Clasp stamped 750. Sapphire deep blue, good saturation, transparent, with typical minor inclusions visible to the naked eye, some areas of wear and minor chipping to facet edges. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats. Light scratches to metal consistent with wear, small area of discolouration to metal at reverse of pendant. Slight kink to one part of chain, clasp closing securely. Pendant measuring approximately 30 x 28mm. Total gross weight approximately 21 grams.
