TWO EMERALD AND DIAMOND NECKLACES

One composed of two rows of emerald beads measuring from approximately 5.90 to 17.75mm, embellished with barrel motifs set with baguette diamonds, the clasp highlighted with rose diamonds, length approximately 555mm; the other composed of three rows of graduated emerald beads measuring from approximately 5.80 to 14.60mm, length approximately 425mm. 

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 17040004 and no. 17040005, stating that the tested emeralds, measuring from approximately 13.1 x 13.2 x 12.8mm to 17.6 x 17.8 x 17.4mm and from approximately 12.2 x 12.6 x 10.8mm to 14.0 x 14.6 x 12.0mm, are of Russian origin, with indications of minor clarity enhancement. Emeralds well matched in colour, green of medium strong saturation, with typical surface reaching inclusions, scratches, abrasions, small nicks and chips. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 8.50 - 9.50 carats, on average G-I colour, VS-SI, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of wear to the metal. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 264 grams. Case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
