EMERALD, EMERALD DOUBLET AND DIAMOND BRACELET, 1920S

Of openwork foliate design, millegrain-set with circular- and single-cut diamonds and step-cut emeralds, length approximately 195mm, largest emerald is a doublet, a few diamonds deficient.

Accompanied by CISGEM report no. 10486, dated 31st May 2018, stating that the largest emerald measuring approximately 7.65 x 8.75 x 3.90mm, is a composite stone, the upper part made of natural beryl. Remaining emeralds mid green, transparent, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface reaching, and some minor chips to facets. Diamonds bright and lively, a few small ones deficient, estimated total diamond weight approximately 9.00-12.00 carats, estimated colour H-I., estimated clarity VS-SI, as graded within the limitations of the mount. Clasp closes securely, safety catch, light scuffs to metal and evidence of previous repairs to links, gross weight approximately 52 grams, overall in good condition.
