The square case of brown leather, the circular imitation ivory dial with painted black Roman numerals and blue steel epee hands, measuring approximately 105 x 105mm, dial signed Cartier, movement signed Jaeger Watch Co. and LeCoultre Cie, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, fitted case stamped Cartier.
Condition
Please note we do not guarantee watch movements. Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense. Dial signed Cartier, inscribed Eight Days and France. Case numbered 0542. Movement signed Jaeger Watch Co. and LeCoultre Cie. French maker's mark. French assay mark for silver. Lever manual movement, 6 jewels. Outer minute track. Metal frame slightly bent on one corner, with some scratches. Leather with some scratches. Fitted case stamped Cartier, damaged, stained and broken.
