Claw-set with a cushion-shaped sapphire, to calibré-cut emerald shoulders, size L1/2, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and partial maker's marks, fitted case stamped Cartier.

Accompanied by GCS report no. 77104-54, stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating, origin opinion Myanmar (Burma). Measuring approximately 10.2 x 9.9 x 6.1 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 5.70 carats. Signed Cartier, numbered 660 445, 1, 750 and 52 to inside of ring shank. Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat and maker's mark to outside of ring shank. Sapphire blue, transparent, some typical inclusions visible under magnification, minor chips to stone surface and minor chips to girdle. Emeralds green, transparent, typical surface reaching inclusions, some minor chips to facet edges. Signs of normal wear to metal surfaces, such as scratching. Overall condition very good.
