Each of basket weave design, one thumb piece set with a cabochon sapphire, the other set with a cabochon ruby, opening to reveal a mirror and a powder case, each signed Gübelin, numbered, Swiss assay marks for gold and maker's marks for Gübelin, fitted cases, total gross weight approximately 304 grams.
Condition
The cigarette case signed Gübelin, numbered 205227 and 70494, Swiss maker's mark for Gübelin and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. The powder compact signed Gübelin, numbered 264598 and 72697, Swiss assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold and maker's mark for Gübelin. Sapphire and ruby with minor abrasions. Scratches and tarnish to the metal consistent with age and use. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 304 grams. Fitted cases.
