Condition
Good overall condition. The structure presents with some scratches, some scattered small chips of paint and some oxidation under the paint. The glass panels presents with some light surface scratches and light soiling. Some of them are later replacements. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician
