Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The surface variations are consistent with the artist's choice of medium and working method. Under very close inspection, there are a few, scattered minor surface scratches and a few, scattered pinpoints of pitting, particularly to the rabbit's left ear, which is to be expected of a wearable work from this period. There is evidence of very minor, scattered oxidation to the steel wire.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
