Condition
This work is in good condition overall. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. The sheet has been affixed to the mat on the reverse in each of the four corners. Deckling which is inherent to the sheet is present along each of the four edges of the sheet. The sheet is lightly soiled overall. A few scattered pinpoint spots of pigment loss are present at each of the four extreme edges of the sheet. In the upper quadrants of the work, a few scattered circular areas of discoloration measuring less than 1 inch each in diameter are present. Two additional spots of discoloration measuring less than 1 inch in diameter are present in the lower left quadrant, in the red field below the oranges. A vertical area of green pigment measuring approximately nine inches in length along the extreme right edge of the sheet is present, and may or may not be inherent.
