Condition
This work is in excellent condition overall. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat in all four corners and intermittently along the edges. There is evidence of faint scattered surface dust across the surface. Framed under Plexiglas.

"I like to give attention to the lonely paintbrush or make a tribute to something that is humble, or something that does not require explanation. There are things that I am constantly looking at that I feel should be elevated to greater status. That’s why taking things out of context is a useful tool to an artist. It’s just the concept of taking something that’s not subject matter, and making it subject matter."
