Condition

This work is very in good condition overall. The edges of the sheet are deckled. There is a slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the artist's working method. Under close inspection, there are two minor partial tears along the top edge of the sheet, potentially inherent to the artist's working method. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat intermittently along the edges. Framed under Plexiglas.

"I think abstraction is a very rich area. And it is upsetting that people seem to have some fear of it. I'm constantly making these statements about how you should just look at it and react to it on your own; just relax and let go."
Brice Marden
