Condition
Colour: The colour in the printed catalogue is fairly accurate. although the overall tonality is lighter and brighter and the pink hues tend more towards purple in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals a fine pattern of drying craquelure in places throughout. Extremely close inspection reveals a few compressed impasto peaks in isolated places and a tiny speck of loss to an impasto peak towards the centre of the bottom edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
