Condition
Colour: The colours in the printed catalogue are fairly accurate, although the yellows are brighter and more vibrant and the ochre deeper and richer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet undulates slightly. Close inspection reveals artist pinholes to all four corners, as well as some wear to the extreme outer edges and corner tips with some associated specks of loss. There is an old horizontal crease running across the center of the composition, which is likely to be original. There is some light evidence of handling and surface dirt in places. Extremely close inspection reveals a few minute and unobtrusive specs of superficial loss in isolated places.
