According to David A. Taylor and Jason W. Laskey, Georg Jensen Holloware: The Silver Fund Collection (2003), this design was introduced circa 1917, and the marks are those for 1915 to 1919.  This places these impressive candelabra in the first flush of large-scale designs for the firm, contemporary with several of the large silver chandeliers.
