inscribed MEMENTO*MORI on the terrace ; on a gilt bronze pedestal, and a pink and grey veined marble base
Condition
In overall fairly good condition with surface dirt and chips along the edges of the alabaster base, along the cavity of the nose and to the high points in some places consistent with age and handling. There are a few chips and minor losses along the edges of the marble socle.
