The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. Elegant design. There are the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. As stated in the catalogue seven chairs are 18th century. The painting is later. The feet have been reinforced with wooden blocks under the seatrail. There are minor old and inactive woodworm traces. There are old traces of nails under the seatrail due to a previous fabric. There are some minor stains to the upholstery. The constructions are firm and sound. Ready to display.
