Condition

The piece is in overall good appearance. When viewed under a UV lamp there is an area at the rim and upper most edge of the well of the dish, between 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock which has been over-painted, predominantly on the white ground, lower edge of left tulip and blue-dash border. It is difficult to determine true extent of damage.
