decorated with five large floral medallions wreathed in foliate strapwork, below bands of ruyi head and floral panels at the rim, the base inscribed with an apocryphal Qianlong mark
Condition
The jardinière is in overall good condition. There is some wear on the rim and footrim, a few firing specks on the interior and light surface scratches. The vessel was possibly originally intended to be decorated in the doucai palette.
