描述

Each supporting a cushion-shaped ruby, highlighted with circular-cut diamonds, the surmounts of hoop design, set with circular-cut diamonds and calibré-cut rubies, additional links, French assay marks for 18 carat gold and maker's marks for René Boivin, total gross weight approximately 21.85 grams.

Condition

Each ear clip fitting stamped with French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark VS with snake for Rene Boivin. Base of each ear clip fitting stamped with additional French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum. Rubies deep purplish red, good saturation, transparent to translucent, both with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, several surface-reaching fissures, both with associated cavities, mainly to to reverse. Rubies measuring approximately 18.6 x 14.9 x 5.8mm and 18.5 x 15.4 x 4.5mm, calculated to weigh approximately 13.11 and 10.31 carats respectively. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.00 - 3.50 carats. Small calibré-cut rubies untested, possibly synthetic, with some chips to surfaces. Scratches to metal and ruby surfaces consistent with wear. Overall length of ear clips approximatelz 53mm. Clip fittings with good tension. Overall in good condition. Total gross weight approximately 21.85 grams.
