gouache heightened with gold on paper, inscribed on verso in Devanagari script ‘Shri Raja-ji Shri Pratap Singh-ji ki surat ['his likeness'] uske neeche ... (surat) ... khavasa Nanyo’ with the place [illegible], and dated: ‘samvat 1790 ra jeth bad ['dark half of the month'] 6 [Tuesday 24th April 1790 VS/1732-33 AD]’
Condition
In good overall condition, some minor paint losses to top left corner and leaf edges, mild water stains to top edge of painting, as viewed.
