each door featuring a khatamkari panel decorated with geometric shapes, framed by bands of nasta'liq in ivory within cartouches, the inside with two shelves, a lower drawer with painted calligraphic cartouches, with two keys

Condition

In good condition, it appears that the khatamkari panels and nasta'liq inscriptions were probably taken from another piece of furniture and re-adapted as this armoire, minor abrasions and traces of restoration, the back plain, as viewed.
