A Roman Marble Figure of Silenus, circa 2nd Century A.D., with circa 18th Century Restorations
standing with the weight on his right leg, a treek trunk support against his left leg, and holding a cymbal in his lowered right hand, his right arm formerly raised, an animal skin knotted on the breast, the head with parted lips and unruly beard; restorations.
Height without plinth 62 cm.
