Condition
Condition: This work is in good condition. There is minor craquelure to the top right edge and very light craquelure to the top left edge, visible only under close inspection. The canvas is well-lined. Some very minor paint loss to the lower right edge. 3cm cut to the upper left corner. No signs of restoration under the UV light. Colour: The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate with the overall hues being softer in the original painting. The illustration also fails to convey the rich texture of the painting.
