The canvas has not been lined. Lines of craquelure are visible in the upper left quadrant, along with areas of paint loss in the green, rounded shape in the upper right (as visible in the catalogue illustration). There are also some scattered spots of paint flaking throughout, and the paint surface appears to be somewhat brittle along the extreme framing edges. Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals no visible sign of retouching. This work might benefit from some consolidation to the aforementioned paint flaking.
