each potted with the shallow rounded sides resting on a bi-shaped foot, the exterior enameled in tones of iron-red in imitation of swirling wood grain, the interior gilt, the base with a four-character Qianlong mark (2)

Both have rubbing to the gilding on the interiors particularly in the areas of the center of the base and the interior curve of the rim where the white glaze shows through. Both have an area of retouched gilding and restoration to the red enamel on the rim edge. One has a gilt-over burst air bubble to the rim
