standing foursquare with head forward, conveying an air of alertness with round eyes stylised by tufts of hair above, the mouth slightly open, wearing an ornamented harness around the neck with a large ring at the top, applied with a bright green glaze over a red earthenware body

Condition

There is a restored patch to the back of the dog's head, and on both sides of its body, the largest approx. 4cm x 4cm. One leg has been off and reatttached. There is a chip to the back of its head, tip of one ear, between its eyes and the side of its mouth. Overall there are also scattered areas where the glaze has flaked off.
