Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 83021, stating that the oval sapphire weighing 24.18 carats and measuring 19.88 x 14.29 x 9.89mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
Signed BVLGARI, Italian maker's marks. Italian assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed "Made in Italy", 24.18 cts and 4.80 cts, referring to the carat weight of the sapphire and to the stated total carat weight of the diamonds, respectively. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, a few scratches, abrasions and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.50 - 5.00 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 19 grams. Case stamped BVLGARI.
