The movement and rotating bezel in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The dial with some minor spots throughout, but they are considered to be consistent with its age.The central raised portion also shows a few surface hairlines. Arabic numerals marking show signs of discolouration, particularly to 18 and 23. Case in good condition with some tiny nicks to the edge of the band. Case back with some surface scratches which is also consistent with its age. Arch is with minor indention. 605型號自1937年開始生產，在30年間總產量少於100隻。

「Heures Universelles」功能極為罕有，只有此型號及1415型號時計獲此配置。透過轉動錶圈可將本地城市設於12時位置，當設定本地時區，24小時顯示將會自動調整，從而顯示全球41個城市的正確時間。鐘錶大師Louis Cottier親自監督每一個工序，確保錶殼、錶盤及機芯的品質完美無瑕。此型號曾發行黃金及粉紅金版本，並搭配不同顏色的錶盤及設置。

值得一提的是，1940年6月15日巴黎因戰爭緣故，棄用格林威治時間而改用中歐時間。戰後大眾皆認為巴黎將會重用格林威治時間，故此，如Louis Cottier其他創作一樣，此錶將巴黎及倫敦置於同一時區。

此拍品屬於605型號第一代，備有羅馬數字時標搭配圓形指針。據資料顯示，此拍品從未出現於公開市場，現由原有藏家後人直接託售，定能成為風靡鑑賞家的不凡藏品。
