Condition
Quartz movement in working order when cataloguing. Mother-of-pearl dial is very nice and clean, in excellent condition. The case is in excellent condition, panthere is very attractive with all stones dazzling. The watch appears to be unworn. Overall condition is as new. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of time keeping and a service might be required at the buyer's expense.

1914年，美洲豹圖案首次出現在卡地亞的首飾設計中。真正將美洲豹融入品牌的幕後人，是1933年至1970年間擔任卡地亞高級珠寶部總監的貞·杜桑（Jeanne Toussaint）。卡地亞美洲豹的形象，亦因溫莎公爵夫人的鍾愛而成為流行經典。貞·杜桑將這種優雅神秘的「大貓」引入品牌系列，因此有「豹女士」（La Panthère）美稱。
1948年，溫莎公爵夫人向卡地亞訂製一枚別針，造型是一隻金色豹伏在一枚蛋面祖母綠上，成為品牌首件立體美洲豹首飾。此後，杜桑推出多款以美洲豹為主題的首飾，在1950至1960年代風靡上流社會，黛絲·法蘿、妮娜·阿迦汗公主、芭芭拉·赫頓等名媛皆紛紛愛上卡地亞的老虎和美洲豹首飾。時至今日，美洲豹已成為卡地亞的象徵。
