Duometre Spherotourbillon Enamel雙翼立體雙軸陀飛輪琺瑯腕錶是Hybris Artistica超凡複雜工藝時計系列錶款之一，以Duometre Spherotourbillon雙翼立體雙軸陀飛輪系列為藍本。本錶盤採用藍色金屬薄片嵌飾（Paillonné）琺瑯工藝製作，珍貴華麗。工匠從銀條小心刮下細微碎屑，均勻地灑在未經窯燒的琺瑯錶盤上。在爐中逾800度高溫下，銀質金屬開始浮現在琺瑯表層。然後，工匠須進行更複雜的琺瑯拋光程序，同時確保琺瑯表面不被銀質金屬碎屑刮損。經過幾十道工序後，琺瑯與銀碎屑完美融為一體，呈現錶盤上的璀璨星空。錶側鑄刻的紋飾靈感源自威尼斯道奇宮（Doge's Palace），並填入與錶盤相近的藍色，與星光閃爍的琺瑯錶盤互相映襯。

本錶款搭載382機芯，備積家新研製的雙軸心陀飛輪，備飛返秒針功能。佩戴者調校的時間準確至秒數；雙傳動輪組亦確保它不影響擒縱系統的節奏。

金屬薄片嵌飾（Paillonné）琺瑯與Sphérotourbillon立體陀飛輪的結合，見證積家錶廠持續不斷的創新精神。本錶款限量生產三枚，自 2014年Hybris Artistica系列Duometre Spherotourbillon Enamel 雙翼立體雙軸陀飛輪琺瑯腕錶面世以來，本品是首枚現身拍場的同款錶。
