each of barrel shape with the marble panel inset into a circular frame, all above a shaped apron repeated at the base, the four bowed legs divided by reticulated conjoined quatrefoil panels, all supported on four short ruyi feet 

The stools are in good overall condition with the exception of minor areas of repair and filling, overall very light wear and minor scratches to the raised areas, a 2.5cm., diam slightly detached knot to the lower body of one stool, and it is possible the feet are later additions.
