Condition
Both double lines above the key fret banner have been re-touched and it is possible that the whole foot may have been off and re-attached. There is an approx. 4 x 4 mm misfired area to the whisker of the lower dragon, and light glaze scratches around the body. There is also an approx. 2cm glaze crack to the rim to the interior.

本品瓶身飾蜿蜒雲龍，甚為出眾，屬於一組獨特的乾隆及嘉慶年製黃釉瓶珍品。本瓶帶《斯干草堂》款，尤為罕見。倫敦維多利亞與艾伯特博物館收藏一霽紅釉扁壺例，亦帶此款，曾展於《Rare Marks on Chinese Ceramics》，大維德基金會，倫敦，1998年，頁116。劉明倩於展覽圖錄論述，該款或出自《詩經·小雅·斯干》。《詩》曰:「秩秩斯干，幽幽南山。」,頌築室既成之喜，故斯干草堂，或指該堂乃瓶主安居之所。另可比較一仿哥釉葫蘆瓶，亦帶此款，見耿寶昌，《明清瓷器鑑定》，香港，1993年，頁383。另一松緑釉瓶例，見於敏求精舍展覽《明清一色釉瓷》，香港藝術博物館，香港，1977年，編號52。
比較一相近瓶例，斷代嘉慶，曾展於《機暇清賞：懷海堂藏清代御瓷器》，香港中文大學文物館，香港，2007年，編號55；另一例展於《From the Dragon’s Treasure》，Museum Für Kunsthandwerk，法蘭克福，1987年，圖版2。再比一天球瓶例，紋飾相近，曾展於《The World in Monochromes》，文萊美術館，倫敦大學亞非學院，倫敦，2009年，編號185；另一例曾售於倫敦蘇富比1997年4月29日，編號602。台北故宮博物院亦藏一瓶例，刻花卉紋，嘉慶年器並款，曾展於《清代單色釉瓷器》，台北，1981年，編號35。
