米芾(款)

釋文：一年復官，不知是自申明，或是有司自檢舉告示下。若須自明，託作一狀子，告詞與公同。芾至今不見衝替文字，不知犯由，狀上只言准告降一官，今已一年。七月十三授告。或聞復官以指揮日為始，則是五月初指揮，告到潤乃七月也。
