引首：(羅振玉)董文敏谿山煙靄圖。文敏畫法得力于北苑，而此卷則□矩巨師而參以二米與房山，幽深雅潔，乃中晚年合作。山水家圖雲雨易，而畫烟靄難，有宋一代推趙大年最擅長。文敏此卷，不讓古人，卷後行書洞達穎利，與尋常一味清麗無骨者不同。文敏每遣侍兒及門生代筆。此則傳為真迹無疑。年來文敏真迹傳世日稀，尋常所見得趙、李代筆，已為買王得羊，矧如此卷之精妙，確出己手，能勿球圖得祝耶。癸亥(1923)十月，貞松翁羅振玉觀並記于津門寓居之後四源堂。鈐印：「羅振玉印」、「臣振玉」

《七里瀨》羈心積秋晨，晨積展遊眺。孤客傷逝湍，徒旅苦奔峭。石淺水潺湲，日落山照曜。荒林紛沃若，哀禽相叫嘯。遭物悼遷斥，存期得要妙。既秉上皇心，豈屑末代誚。目睹嚴子瀨，想屬任公釣，誰謂古今殊，異世可同調！謝靈運詩。董其昌書。鈐印：「玄賞齋」、「知制誥日講官」、「董其昌印」
鑑藏印：(唐淮)「綠谿山莊收藏之印」、「秀水唐氏」(三鈐)

Frontispiece: in general good condition
Painting:
- minor cracks at the beginning and at the end of the painting
- small area of the paper bears different reflection under the natural light, possibly oil stains
- paper surface slightly abraded and gold dust rushed
Calligraphy:
- minor paper loss, where a few characters are partially obliterated, mostly restored
- minor cracks at the end of the scroll
