題跋：(竹霞山人)董其昌字思白號玄宰，華亭人。由進士官至大宗伯禁宮保，諡文敏，詩文有「容臺集」，以書法重海內。畫山水宗北苑、巨然，秀潤蒼鬱，超然出塵。自謂好畫有因，其曾祖母乃高尚書克恭之雲孫女，所由來有自也。大正五年丙辰(1916)秋九月，觀于半雲書房，並錄明畫錄所載，以表欣賞之意云。竹霞山人德。鈐印：「經德」、「水竹煙霞」
題木盒：大正丙辰(1916)初秋，水竹煙霞樓主人題簽。鈐印：「竹霞」、「彥□」
鑑藏印：「鐵花道人」、「宗室慶錫」、「結翰墨緣」、「素納」、「孟詹」

Condition
- The calligraphy leaves are general in better condition than the painting leaves
- Minor paper loss and creases, especially the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th painting leaves, a few area have been restored
