題裱邊：(潘恩元)昆陵陳組綬字伯玉，見冒巢民先生《同人集》所賦並蒂茉莉詩二首，與香光同時，蓋明季人也。質翁。
鑑藏印：(潘恩元)「不殘樸齋鑑藏」
「孚民曾經過眼」(二鈐)、「頻陽□氏家藏」
