釋文：病後襟懷不減豪，每聞人說夢勞勞。斬新水竹尋莊買，久慣湖山選寺遨。綠樹借涼詩榻小，白頭扶健酒樓高。寄言瘦沈今逾瘦，短葛都寬舊暑袍。知微恙後康泰如初，道遠弗克，以詩修問，聊此文□□之友□，沈周並拜。知微先生□舊。 鈐印：「白石翁」、「啟南」、「煮石亭」

題跋：梅林久檀和美具，梁棟今成柱石林。珍重歲寒持晚節，虬枝更老聽春雷。嘉靖乙卯(1555)，張寰題贈。鈐印：「逸老堂第八人」

註：張寰(1486-1561)，字允清，號石川，江蘇昆山人。明正德十六(1521)二甲七十一名進士。授濟寧知州，官至通政司右參議。強年去職，徜徉吳越山水間，涉歷幾遍東南。能詩擅書，喜收藏版本、碑帖。著有《兩山遊錄》、《川上稿》。
